Ever throw away unused food that has turned bad?  Sure, we all do.  Bananas only last a few days, then they go bad.  I'm sure some make like an over-ripe banana, but not most.

Think of software the same way.  While a banana costs about fifty cents, unused software costs companies millions of dollars every year.  Our play is not efficiencies.  We want to see people enjoying the fruits of their labor - in other words, use analytics tools... consumer fresh insights before it goes bad!

With three decades of leadership in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, and Digital/Database Marketing, I've had the privilege of helping organizations—from small firms to global franchises like Citi—build data-driven cultures. Most recently, I led Webster Bank's Business Intelligence team, overseeing a unified analytics and reporting function for $50B in deposits and loans across 2,000 colleagues. My efforts delivered $30MM+ in annual value, identified $500K+ in tool efficiencies, and supported critical system transitions. As a two-time Qlik Luminary and an advocate for “Humanizing Business Intelligence,” I’m passionate about driving impactful change through data.

In 2024, I founded PieCart Analytics to make BI tools more accessible, engaging, and results-driven. We’re on a mission to positively disrupt the $30B Business Intelligence and Data Analytics industry with our innovative solutions. Our proprietary Usage360™ scoring algorithm tracks BI adoption, trust, and value, offering actionable insights that can significantly improve your BI environment’s performance.
